Because they are doomed to failure...

You see, no-one can fully control a market, not even the USofA, they might be able to hit it at crucial technical levels and spread a heap of propaganda, but when it comes down to it, trying to control a market is like trying to herd cats.

Can't be done, especially now, when they coming to realisation.... they don't own it....
