We are 4 years too late hiking rates imho, look at the absolute mess we have in the housing bubble, and the immigration scheemes and scams have pumped up demand for good and housing but has kept the wages of ordinary working aussies low, the music has to stop and it will be ugly when it happens, where was howards responsible economic management?.
