However , well remember arguing the case ( against property ) when I felt equities were a far better proposition , I was shot down , but kept to my point .
Property is my business , but as I have said to you , I think the next few years will be flat .

I would hardly see any personnal advantage for me here , what am I going to do generate a property sale? ..Somehow I think not my friend . I go about my business always explaining the facts , and advising people to seek alternative advice . On many occasions I talk people out of the market , if I feel they are over committed Debt wise .
