While the management of MUS have said many things they have never said they were a producer. They only have a small plant that can't process that much. It is not designed for production, but for sampling. Of course if they do find a good location they could scale without much problem - the actual mining of rubies is not complex once you find a good resource.

I think what is going to put a greater pressure on the SP is Arena and all their CN conversions. In the absence of real news (i.e. $$) we could end up very easily down at the 1.6c conversion floor or even lower. Of course we could get a positive news shock (lets say more than a handful of the latest 30K of rubies are high quality) that could send the SP way up. Never a dull moment with MUS.
