Who was it that sold out at the peak and said it would crash and was able to re-enter and buy many, many more shares for the same dollar figure whilst the "buy and hold forever" brigade sat gobsmacked in a trance wondering what had happened to their beloved baby AGM. It's only "buy and hold" fans who indeed are the inefficient lazy investors who see bankroll management as going to the ATM and putting the card in the slot.
