I asked the ASX a "hypothetical" about what happens if a stock's halt/susp extends such a long time with many locked in/out. I didnt want to make a complaint at this stage, just wanted to see if they hurry the company up to finish the Susp.
They replied

We are unable to advise specifically regarding the suspension and how long the company it is suspended for. It is a case by case basis which there is no definite timeline. If this is regarding a company in question i suggest you make a complaint against the listed entity. You will receive a more in depth answer through that method.
I guess if you ask a vague question, you get a vague answer- it just seems the Vague word seems to be the consistent word for this stock!! Others here can make a complaint, but i prefer not to put my head on the block if it comes back..
My June deadline for final ANN i predicted in jan approx seems to be almost reached- WOW.. This is living!!
