Yes it looks like CaptainSteve has invested first and is doing his research as an afterthought. I (like a few others on this forum) have the benefit of having followed this company since it was called Empire Brewing and later Car Parking Technologies. We have seen many years of very polished presentations with lots of encouraging outlooks. And notably a few high profile disappointments (Westminster Council / Matalan / Asda etc).

I tend to agree with LithiumHydride's view that this is - probably - an opportunity to get back in. I might do so but haven't yet. There are two big issues swirling around and I need comfort on at least one of them before taking the plunge again:
    (1) what really caused the sacking of CEO and CFO and what financial impact will eventuate? I have a gut feel that we haven't heard the last of this yet.
    (2) what will be the impact of the Parking (Code of Practice) bill 2017-19 currently before the House of Commons? I note in addition that there is a separate bill before the house to abolish car parking fees at NHS hospitals in the UK. I don't know how much this impacts SPZ at all (but it probably will) but it is a sign that Car Parking fees are front and centre of public debate in the UK at the moment. The following is a snapshot from their very polished website:
