IMO - ppl expecting a trading halt are misinformed or don't understand when a trading halt is permitted by the ASX...

Did GXY go into a trading halt before y'days big Ann ? No

Did AGY go into a trading halt before the QQ Ann ? No

Did AJM or PLS go into a trading halt before releasing their updated JORC resource figures ? No


I can't see the ASX granting a trading halt for the purpose of announcing targeted milestones the company has outlined previously as near-term....

IF Mgt requested a TH the ASX would ask why can't the details be released to the market immediately ? Talk about painting yourself into a corner



I can understand the anticipation but ppl just need to calm down a tad and IF you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen...


Look at the bigger picture folks....

- AGY just secured the tenements and wired USD $2.64M to the vendors.... do you think JZ the self-confessed tight arse would do that if he had concerns ?  

- It was confirmed Pablo bought stock in AGY with his own $$$ back around the end of Feb... We also know he knocked back a big $$$ offer from Ganfeng last year to head up their brine ops...

IF he had a shred of doubt in his capacity to deliver for AGY it would've been see ya later folks, show me the risk free $$$.  He only achieves his earn-in / payday when he delivers a scaleable process to produce Li2Co3 so he has a bit more riding on the outcome than anyone else here.

Have faith and don't freak out if the Ann doesn't come tomorrow... remember its not a matter of IF but WHEN

PS. Pretty sure AM was flying Air France TPE-CDG-EZE which means he lands in BA at 8am local time (still ~3hrs away). Transfer from EZE > AEP (45m > 1hr) before the flight to Salta arriving about mid arvo local time...  dare say after that long haul he probably needs a decent hotel bed for a few hours rest before dinner with PA
