You think the morons in canberra saw the commodity boom coming mate that must be why we have such top quality infrastructure with supply bottlenecks all over the shop eh (no doubt you will blame the states), nah if howard knew this was coming maybe he would have had the smarts to not push policies that led to valueable labor resources being pushed into such an unproductive area such as a real estate bubble.
