These two words leads me to believe they see the potential to gassify the lignite or use it as an alternative to imported coal to feed all those new Ultra Super Critical power plants they have been building. I understand there's more money in MATMOR however they need to sort out their power issues first and close that importation gap they have on coal.

It's win win, surplus Coldry is a great problem to have when they have so many options. This is why I will wait till I see the details of the agreements and their revenue models.
