even if what you say is true, CHM was placed into administration.

Therefore, if there is any valid claim (which, based on the facts I dont believe there is) the claim would be from CHM creditors. The administrator should have located any assets or claims that CHM had at the time and distributed the money to creditors.

Current CHM shareholders would have no right to any money from a claim that relates to something before the company was placed in administration.

On top of all the other aspects of the case that have been discussed, this is another reason why I believe it is simply a nuisance claim. The best CHM can hope for is a small settlement but the likely outcome is nothing.

Especially now that they've lost their main piece of leverage, which was the MMX scrip bid for MIS.
