Marc it's cheap simply because they don't have a timeline. I have followed ARD for years and as you rightly mentioned, all of a sudden 100moz. What have they been doing for the last few years ? drilling useless projects ! may as well play the lottery.
They should stick with Kemperfield and advance it to DFS stage, its not that hard.
Silver will turn to 26-28usd and this will be a cash cow. They are way behind the curve and should have completed DFS by now.
Sooo much potential wasted IMO.
