Fair enough P. You've got me more than covered on mining credibility.
My measure of comfort is more on track records. And everything I read says Lawton has been a success in his various mining roles. And has surrounded himself with other achievers. (You'll recall Mark Calderwood of (now) Tawana fame was signing the competent person statements until he left to grow that business.)
So if you tell me these are expensive numbers, I hear you. But I also have very high confidence that Lawton and Co will deliver a profitable, going concern, on-time and within budget.
Conservative, ok. But there is a built-in premium that imo pretty well guarantees no unfortunate surprises.
