But the bottom line is they recommended VRE when it was cash
flow insolvent. Pages 10 through to 12 on their 2nd quarterly
report will prove that.

With that being the case it sure makes FP look pretty incompetent and negligent if you ask me!!

I mean how do you give a stock recommendation and miss the fact that their in a cash flow crises?

Just remember the ASX500 went up over 100% in the last 5 years,it doesn't take a lot of brains to pick winners in a bull market.
Especially in the small cab arena.
