I don't know where you guy's are going with this, but IMO this now put's us (VRE) in the driver's seat.
The Investec loan was not due to be called till the end of this month.
The auditors will now have something very solid and profitable to work with - and don't discount the significant possibility of a white knight entering the fray from left field as a result.
