Personally I think yes it will be used but if you read Rollings latest post we seemed to have moved fron edencrete being stipulated to something ( anything ??) that has particular edrncrete like qualities being used. The push up to .077 suggests quite a few people think we are going to find out relatively soon. The federal funding opens pandoras box if it does indeed come through. State funding GDOT and federal equals more than a few gallons over the next 12 months. It has been a nerve shattering wait over the last 12 months but confirmation of the contracts going out means you can bet eden will get it ( buy ) or bet they will miss out ( sell or stay a non holder ). I honestly cant think of any test result that suggests Edencrete will not be required. Waiting. Sick of waiting. The wait might be worth it.
