There are approximately 290 million CDI's on issue. In order to raise $15 Million at 9 cents would require the issue of a further 166 Million CDI's.
The dilution effect of a capital raise at 9 cents is devastating to all shareholders, particularly those who bought at/after the float up to the grant of FDA approval in late 2016. What about those insto-investors who bought the last $45 Million capital raise at 93 cents?
The only plan is to cut the cash burn, reduce working capital and drive sales hard. The capital raise needs to be pushed as far into the future as possible.
