Bizmoto - room for improvement

I tried to register with Bizmoto to do an international transfer.

The exchange rate and charges are very competitive. The registration process on the other hand is a pure nightmare.

I have overseas passport and not an Australian driver's licence.

I gave up after trying to register for about an hour.

I am living here for 20 years, but never had that difficulties to transfer money with other institutions International money transfer (IMT) or Ozforex.

Easier to get a credit card than to register with Bizmoto.

I will take cash overseas and change money overseas instead.

I think PIL has a bright future but at the moment not very user friendly.
