- Caterpillar and Trimble JV has been running for 17 years with multiple expansions
- Caterpillar and Guangxi Yuchai (51% owner) formed in 2009
- Caterpillar and Shanghai Diesel Engine Co in 1994
- Caterpillar and Eaton Corp in 2003
- Caterpillar and Donaldson Co 1986
- Caterpillar and Shanxi Fast Gear (51% owner) in 2011
- Caterpillar and AVIC Liyuan Hydraulics Co in 2010
- Caterpillar and Navistar in 2009

As far as their website goes... this statement is probably more interesting...
