    Ok so now we have been finally given a grade - after 8 months - seems a little low considering the photo of the 88 nuggets, and I can understand Novo share holders being a little disappointed.

    What dose it mean to DEG? - to me it means something like this (not a geologist or a miner)

    Here is my laymen’s terms maths;
    The heavy conglomerate rock section was 2m x 2m x.5m = 2 cubic meters
    So that section of 2 cubic meters of rock weight in at 7 tons.
    The seven tons then contains 72 grams of gold (10.4 grams per ton x 7 tons)
    So each cubic meter of dirt contains 36 grams -
    let’s keep it simple 1 ounce per 1cubic metre

    How many cubic meters at Loudens approximately 1km x 400m wide x .5m deep
    200000 cubic meters of mineralised dirt
    200000 Ounces

    Loudens only - a nice little addition to you 1.2mill ounces, but it’s never going to be JORC.
    However, it it could be the X factor due to its low costs to mine. All the experts are saying sub $100 per ounce.

    If it only cost $100 per ton to mine then it’s a Total Profit of $300 million (Loudens only)

    To profit by 300 million on a standard JORC $1000 per ton ASIC you would need 500000 JORC ounces.

    So in real money terms Loudens could be worth almost half our current value. This is why DEG are sitting so pretty - playing there cards right, by using the current growing JORC as an asset to bank roll a mine, they could not go to the bank manger with conglomerates, don’t think even NOVO could. But once the mine is up, they can put the conglomerate thru first for massive profits.

    I think you will agree, I am not going overboard here, sure I am using rounded off figures. I welcome your corrections because it will get you thinking about the mathematics. I have always believed this to be likened to the wits in its nature and therefore only a thin layer, 0.5m is all I’m using here. 10.4 grams a ton is quiet good for DEG - IMO in fact I believe this news should put our market cap way up.

    God knows what happens to these figures if I included Steel Well and Jarrett Well, in what May end up being 12 klms long - god only knows!
