A bidder making a bid ....not an issue
A bidder making a low bid....they are entitled

But imagine a sernerio where the bidder making a low bid was working with company BOD for 3 years. pre bid..where BOD make $ for very little skin in the game & at owners final expensed & SH not informed of intent or relationship during the time as co matra says building mid teir etc.....Major SH just happens to be selling during news/planned target Time .. noting this may have influenced the VWAP price & oh by the way just happens to be on the the books of bid company.....all in a company that has a good assets/pipeline....where news has been slow/ delayed...BOD focussing on locking the books focussing the acceptance of SH selling into the bid.......normal.....really!!

I have not been involved with many TO but the timing, relationships, Comms BOD actions/ immediate acceptance, multiple extensions & multiple phone calls seems.....not normal
All IMO....but what a sernario this would be to happen or investigate
