The stock does appear to be oversold UGL has retraced
50% of its main range.
Maybe UBS spat the dummy & dumped the stock (they do have form)
The concern I have with these 'infrastructure stocks' is that their growth will be effected ny tha fall out from
the credit markets as most a big users of credit enhancements
management outllook was bullish pe 11.85 atm, page-7
