Id agree with you but I think the pool of people who can best utilise this app is small. Getting high volumes isn't really possible. Much better to price it in a way that it's highly profitable and at the same time not a significant additional cost to the patient, family or RAC (RACs make a margin of profit on it!). Really this product costs less than a box of basic painkillers and at $0.30c a day is a drop in the ocean compared to the funds needed to care for the patient.
