True and that will impact positively on the bottom line. I will anticipate a tick on that one as well as ATC are getting great support form the government.

As it is a bonus on an already brilliant, robust, well planned and secure project I am hopeful that finance can get locked in even without it formally approved as it only makes a great project even better and the case for finance holds water even without it. The primary financier did not need it in place nor has it stopped offers for subordinate finance being offered so I don’t think it will hold anything up. The manufacturing license however was a show stopper if not approved.
