The fact that you are asking these questions (re: what equity accntg means & whether there exists a $1b hole) ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY discredits every comment you have made on this thread over the last few weekes.

If you do not understand the answers to these simple issues YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to make some of the comments you have been posted because you simply do not understand what is going on here at all.

I am not meaning to redicule you or be rude to you but I AM being blunt and to the point. I sincerely encourage you to go away and find answers to your own questions before down ramping the stock any further. It is clear your fundamental understanding of the MFS issues are flawed.
