    In short. Using your example. The car customer willingly goes out to buy a car and KNOWS they are getting finance of some description and WANTS the car and is happy to sign up for it.

    No business who signed up to be filmed at BIG did so thinking they were signing up for a 12k package OR any package for that matter so effectively they have been signed up for finance or a commitment none ever wanted.
