One important thing i left out is when the client was told to click on the digital agreement they were being told that it was necessary to do so to show they were simply accepting to have big come out and film. Nothing whatsoever to do with signing up for a package.

Think logically about this. Small businesses have troubles with cash flow. Do you honestly think any and I mean any are going to receive a cold call and 15 minutes later sign up for a 12k video package without doing any further research on the company calling them ). They haven't even been filmed yet and the end result won't be seen for approximately 4- 8 weeks at the very earliest.

The flip side of that and if the contract is deemed to be ok then between 50 and 130 businesses on average every week were willingly signing up to 12k on a cold call before a film crew had even gone out.

What would your view be? Is it ok to still report 12k or does something smell a bit rotten and therefore does that agreement constitute a fair and reasonable contract? If it does then BIG's lawyers should be suing the hell out of every business that has been filmed and hasn't coughed up. Millions are sitting there waiting to be collected.
