    At 2c they're only going to raise around $1.3m. Are they that hard up for cash? Not even some good news first to boost the SP. Clearly there is no good news. Despite their crowing about it at AGM they obviously haven't got a buyer for Clipp. All we've had for 18 mths is crap after crap after crap from them.
