Observations from the U.S.
I'm well aware the observations don't help anyone to value or decide to buy or sell ARB and I don't mean them to. They are merely observations.
I've been travelling through Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho for about a month. It is definitely 4x4 territory. Every 5th vehicle I estimate. They are generally enormous in comparison to Aust 4x4's and very tricked up. (That is, stacks of accessories). Fertile ground indeed for ARB. But I haven't noticed a single ARB sticker.
From my observation the Americans certainly haven't turned their backs on the 'truck'.
When their RV's are buses they tow 4x4's behind them. When they have camper trailers they tow them with 4x4's.
Anecdotally the economy also seems to be bouyant.
