Yeah its all subjective. If I use the prev breakout, take the height and slope roughly get how high and how long within a couple of weeks. I just eyeballed this one looks like Nov 2018 doubt anything will happen in Dec around Xmas time so at best 2019 or if you like maybe late 2018.

The other problem is it has not broken or may have already broken. If I adjust the triangle and use last weeks bar then it will shift back a couple weeks but BA will not be confirmed till we get a weekly close above the previous candle. Its a work in progress and will keep changing but best estimate if it wants to go higher.
