COP(Senegal) didn't sell their stake to WPL. WPL made a takeover bid and gained ownership of COP (Senegal).
Thus the stake that FAR wants to pre empt has not been sold.
Should the court rule in favour of FAR, the stake would most likely need to be put up for sale so that FAR can have a chance to pre empt the sale. That would be at today's price, not the price of 3 years ago.
