I think that it is a sufficiently 'mature' perspective to expect that the market be kept up to date by management.
The plant is the biggest thing that APG have (maybe ever) done in a long time, and I would have thought that letting shareholders know whether it's started/burned down/disappeared into thin air would be a reasonable expectation.
I don't expect the company to advise the market every time MT takes a dump, but we should be told about the plant.
