It looks like Fluence is going from strength to strength signing up multiple multi-million dollar contracts.

Unfortunately it is not OUR Fluence

I am somewhat surprised that our management team has been unable to prevent $100 Billion market cap multi-national corporation Siemens from using the Fluence name for their new venture. Considering that both our Fluence and Siemens's Fluence operate in the utilities industry...would not there be a large potential to confuse the two companies?

It would seem that Siemens will probably have more success in gaining worldwide recognition for their entity ahead of Henry and Richard promoting our Fluence in Hong Kong in their upcoming roadshow. Considering that Siemens's Fluence has been touted as the biggest threat to Tesla there is definitely the possibility that that entity will have the Fluence name come to public recognition ahead of us.
