Correct Mayochen... each arbiter is independent and will look at the matter objectively, but Cath mentioned that FAR’s choice (our esteemed Lord Hoffmann) was made on the premise that he was likely to be more “sympathetic” to their perspective. She also stressed that the matter is really not that complicated and essentially boils down to “two lines in the JOA and behaviours”.
If Cath doesn’t think it’s complicated, I’m not going to lose any sleep over it. The FAR team have the smarts onboard and exude a confidence that I have only felt in the presence of winners.
