Holders should have done some research rather than putting blind faith in management. BIG was saying ARPU was a staggering $7k or something like that. That's a huge amount for their target audience, which is small retail outlets, such as corner shop cafes. If holders went to 10 random clients and asked them what they were paying, they would have found out the truth about what the real figure was.
