David is right ... Wooly N.F.I unfortunately
RIO was $108 before the takeover was announced
the ASX was at a peak then
6800
It has since fallen 15%
so that would make RIO worth about $93
If the ASX goes to 4500 rio will fall 33% from $108 to $81
The sell down from hedge funds will probably lead to the stock being oversold
so you'd be looking at $75
pe ratio to reduce share price 50 percent, page-17
