Are you suggesting AVB only found out about the T/O like a few weeks before announcements, and not a few months or a year or two? My imagination might be different from yours, and people can decide which way is more likely. But do you have information as to when OZL "popped the question" along that 3 years journey and AVB BoD said "yes"? If you have that information and can emphatically say yes you know what transpired I'll give you the credit. But if you don't have that information then you're just imagining ... obviously different from how I'm imagining it.
