While I agree with you that the beards my be out of their depth, the way ZFX handled the whole bid issue, especially since Michelmore had previous experience in takeovers, has been a total farce and a joke, from the first bid to the extension of the takeover.

And Yes, Michelmore should wear the whole blame for it and the full brunt, for allowing it to happen that way.

Of course as the usual thing go, it will be some poor clerk to be blamed and take the full brunt and repercussions.

In my years of investing I have been through quite a few takeovers and, never in my life, have I seen anything like what is, and has been happening here. A total joke and a farcical story.

Maybe someone should write a book about it, and name it "THE UNFOLDING IF THE FARCICAL TAKEOVER". I am fully confident it will be a sellout.
