I respect your position...however ozl is at 41%.

Directors and other options when added in bring us up to about 46% assuming conversion to shares and added to soi and not paid out at 7c and cancelled as stipulated in the offer doc.

If options cancelled for cash as stipulated we are still at 41-42%

Oz not declaring anything yet.....

I think we are still at stalemate here....

If no significant uptake by Thursday oz has to either s#!t or get off the pot imho....that is declare unconditional or allow take back of shares....i think you would need to wait for then to declare any sort of victory for oz....
