People on HC are not going to go after the directors and check our their insurance. We're not that big time here haha. Also doubt directors have 700m to be liable for the fines. Doubt insurance covers fines.
In general i agree with your sentiment that director and managers should be held to account. Beyond my paygrade to try fix the system.
