rubbish on compensation - we all know how lottery winners often find themselves in a worse situation once the money runs out with even bigger debts and a bigger hangover to nurse.
Community based trust funds perhaps. Imposing our individualist values on Aboriginal people by driving the wedge of money between them will only cause more devastation.
