Good question though I'm not sure of the status of these. Given how tough the US regulators have been on their banks as well as foreign banks (eg Barclays, RBS, Deutsche) then CBA could be up for much more serious penalties than from the toothless and useless Aussie regulatory bodies. If we had the US or UK regulator attitude here then CBA would've been completely broken by their scandals to date with fines amounting to much more than their market capital.
