Agree, the way it was phrased was ambiguous and left open to doubt. My thinking is that it probably went un-noticed by the majority of investors.
Now the company is open to European sales. Hopefully we will get an update when they actually occur. Maybe we need to keep an eye out for any announcement on FDA approval. Could be buried somewhere in future financial statements.
