Centro is not selling anything. They will refinance their debt and I believe payoff the Aussie banks - since the Aus banks want to play hard ball and get their Centro loans renewed (at high interest rates of course) at the same time!
Centro has many options and one of the best is to get the funds in the US at better rates than here and give the high interest rate Aus banks the flick.
