I agree. I think management have actually improved (I liked today's report) - but off a low base. I think they are spread too thin - across too many companies - for the amount of experience they have.

This should be Nigel's exclusive focus in my opinion.

It seems the only KPI's management are setting are share price related. The result of the last two positive reports should teach them that share price is a poor KPI.

Management did not themselves say that ALS Lubumbashi were the problem. But ALS Lubumbashi is still ALS. Same company as they are dealing with in Australia. I think to say that management were surprised by the amount of cores sent to ALS in Lubumbashi isn't being fair to management it is being very generous to management - they, management, should have asked. They should have anticipated the bottlenecking in my opinion.
