As they say if you buy a share on someones elses advice/ramping without looking at the t/a and fundamentals you deserve to get burnt.

A high percentage of people will not last beyond 1-2 years in this business. As ive found out in the last 2 years of serious trading every day, its one of the hardest jobs i ever taken on and requires a lot of work before, during and after the market closes and thats why a high percentage of people dont and wont last. The other hard thing to handle early on and im still fighting to control is your emotions, trying to detach yourself from feelings of anger when your losing, elation when your winning and boredom when there's nothing worth trading or your share/derivative isnt doing jack which seems to happen a lot. Also another point ive found is no book or seminar will teach you as much as being in the market and watching the action day in day out. What im finding is im going back to books i read years ago and only now after being in the market for some time are they making sence.
