Only issue I would point out is that if they got to 90% before the final closing date of this T/O, there IS no independent valuation required.

And, yes I sold into 17.25 today, primarily due to the process surrounding Kiwi's receiving their funds. I'd rather have it all now, as this will be all over soon enough imo
