    Studied the above update, all looked good except for one sentence in the section on 'New South Wales' :-

    The Villa World completed house and land packages have been well received by the market since display openings, but softening market conditions will temper the Company’s growth in the New South Wales market.

    Why then is the sp retreating ? Solely because of the above 'softening mkt conditions in the NSW mkt' ?​
