JK needs to learn from his mistakes. I think it's foolish to talk about a 'big project' straight after the 'company maker' fell over so spectacularly without saying:
1. What it is
2. why he believes it's a big project - with numbers to back it up
3. Is it a solely owned RAU initiative or does it rely on a third party
4. how far down the track is it
5. what are the obstacles if any
6. what is the ballpark cost, and what are the expected ballpark returns
We know JK can talk big, but we also know that he has no track record for structuring a deal. If he can't answer any of the above questions then the market will reflect their skepticism with an appropriate SP. Which is exactly what we are seeing.
The RAU SP no longer increases purely on people taking JK at his word - he's blown that opportunity twice. JK may believe something is going to happen. but until it actually does the SP is going to remain in the doldrums.
