Freehold , efficient transportation costs are just as critical as having all the other things you mentioned as if it's not commercially viable , guess what ? It stays in the ground . It has before and will again . It's a thorn in avz s side at the mome t ghat beeds tone pulled out . The Chinese never pay overs either .

Two weeks ago when the SP was 16.5 cps I said this is going to 10.5 and u scoffed at me whilst receiving copius amounts of green thumbs . I'd rather be right then popular.

A great resource no doubt but not a certainty . 10.5 my first buy .
